How do I get to Tumbalong Park?
Tumbalong Park is easy to get to by public transport or car!
- Driving: Paid parking is available at First Parking Darling Quarter
- Train: Tumbalong Park is a quick 10 min walk from Town Hall station.
- Light Rail: Tumbalong park is a quick 6 min walk from Exhibition Centre Station
Will there be seating available?
There will be limited amounts of low-profile event furniture available throughout the site, however seats are not guaranteed for all patrons. We encourage you to bring a picnic blanket or low-profile camping chair (max seat height 21cm). There will also be picnic blankets available to purchase!
Can I bring my own chair?
Yes, you can bring low profile camping chairs, with a maximum seat height of 21cm. High back or full height camping chairs are not be permitted.
Can I bring outside drinks and snacks?
Food trucks are available on site, so please do not bring meals with you. Only empty bottles are allowed; you can refill your bottle inside at our water station. No coolers are permitted. No alcohol can be brought on site.
Where do I park my pram?
You can bring your pram with you into the park, please note there will be no dedicated pram parking area! All attendees will be responsible for the safety of their own belongings.
Does my baby need a ticket?
Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for entry.
Please note that Gala On The Green is recommended for audiences 15 and over, and performances will contain adult themes and coarse language.
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the site is wheelchair accessible. Accessible bathrooms will be available, and there will be a designated accessible seating section.
Is smoking/vaping permitted on site?
No smoking or vaping is permitted on site.
Are pass outs permitted?
Yes, pass outs are permitted. Make sure to collect a wristband on the way out of the park to ensure that you are let back in.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the park. Disability support animals are welcome.
How do I collect my free showbag?
A showbag is included in the below ticket types:
Early Bird – Child (15 and under) inc. 1x showbag
Child (15 and under) – Exclusive Early Bird
Family of Four (2x Adults 2x Child) – Exclusive Early Bird
Early Bird – Family of Four (2x Adults 2x Child) inc. 2x showbags
To collect your showbag, head to the Market of Comedic Delights (to the right of the main stage) and look for the showbag signs. Present your valid tickets, and give your name to the attendant. They will mark your name off the list, and give you your free showbag!
What happens if it rains?
The event will proceed in any weather up to and including light to moderate rain. Please bring a raincoat if rain is forecast, but do not bring an umbrella. If the event is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions all ticket holders will be notified.
