A show about mental health, what it’s like to be diagnosed with ADHD as a 32 year old woman (bad), dating disasters and the dumb stuff you do when your brain doesn’t work good.
Come see the rebooted version of the show that resulted in countless ADHD diagnoses, sell out shows and won Best Comedy at Sydney Fringe 2016. Rose is now an ambassador for ADHD Australia and has written about her experience with ADHD in The Sydney Morning Herald.
This is the original name of the show although at one point Rose got bored of the name and changed it. The irony of that is not lost on her.
“It was fist-punching-the-air brilliant to hear a woman talking about disability and mental illness with a poignant sense of humour. The tide is turning towards real, honest female comedy that isn’t either aiming to please everyone or willing to be silent about issues that really affect women.” - Theatre Pres
You may have heard Rose pop up on triple J, ABC, Double J, Nova and Triple M. She has performed at Sydney Comedy Festival Gala, Woodford Folk Festival and last year was selected as one of four comedians to perform at Art Gallery of NSW.
“Super funny” - Charlie Pickering
“A tough-minded comic but unafraid of turning her rifle sights on herself and her own grudging reluctance to join the adult world, she offers a rousing and bracingly honest brand of topical humour.” - The Guardian
“She’s damn funny. That’s all you need to know. Go see her" ★★★★ - Daily Review
"Jawdropping and downright hilarious" ★★★★ - Herald Sun
