UK stand-up comedian and animal trainer Emma Malik is the world’s only comedian with a CV that boasts training everything from tigers, dugongs and crocodiles to bearded dragons and goldfish! Emma brings her popular web-series Celebrities Patting Animals live to the stage for the very first time for Sydney Comedy Festival.

Making audiences laugh, learn a little and see their favourite celebrities interact with animals ranging from the cute to the creepy, Celebrities Patting Animals is now in its second season – and with guests including Rove McManus, Saturday Night Live’s Jay Pharoah, comedian, Indian comedy megastar Kanan Gill, The Conan O’Brian Show’s Ron Funches, multi-platinum, multi-ARIA award-winning music legends Regurgitator and Dancing With The Stars’ Celia Pacquola. Who knows what incredible surprise guests - and animals! - Emma will invite to join her for the very first live outing of the hit web series.

British comedian, animal expert and host Emma has brought her unique brand of comedy animal expertise to TV & radio for everything from The Jim Jefferies Show to Studio 10. Now Emma brings some of her closest animal friends along to get up close and personal with celebrities live on stage in a special fundraising show to help the Wildlife Conservation Fund to continue their incredible work supporting care & conservation of Australian native animals including the many affected by bushfires and drought.

There's no show like this - there will be laughter, stories, heart-warming surprises and you'll even get to learn things about nature you never knew… but best of all there will be sweet sweet animal pats (yes, Emma’s Thai rescue dog DukDik will be her sidekick once more) - this is the one comedy show where audiences rush to sit in the front row!

No animals were harmed in the making of this hilarious show. Tickets are not expected to last long!
