ActionAid Australia presents Frocking Hilarious: a night of laughter for women’s rights.

ActionAid Australia and the Sydney Comedy Festival are bringing together a line-up of Australia’s funniest women — yes, all women! — to raise funds and support ActionAid’s work on women’s rights around the world. Following the huge success of last year's gala we’re excited to be returning to the prestigious Sydney Town Hall!

Following 5 massive galas, Frocking Hilarious, now in its sixth year running, is all about celebrating the power of laughter. Our previous shows have starred Australia’s most famous comediennes — from Judith Lucy to Wendy Harmer, Claire Hooper, Fiona O’Loughlin and Kitty Flanagan.

ActionAid works to empower women living in poverty around the world to stand up for their rights. These women are brave, resilient and, in spite their struggles, often draw on the strength of laughter. Let’s laugh with them!

All proceeds from ticket sales will support ActionAid’s work with women around the world.
