It's cool, he's not sure what he is either? A truck driver who became a journo who became a comedian. He's too much one way, not far enough the other. But always stuck in the middle.  His former life as an apprentice chef wasn’t doing it for Craig, so he got a job driving dump trucks on mine sites, before throwing that in for a radio career with ABC, which led to a writing gig on Black Comedy, which led to being NITV’s WA correspondent and a natural progression into stand-up comedy.

After making the national finals of RAW, Craig headed off to play London’s West End before making his triumphant Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut and 4 and 5 star reviews with the tremendously received show, Race Off – which set the relative newcomer on his way to his first European tour, before he’s even done a solo show at Australian comedy festivals!

Whether it's race, media or politics - everyone is faking it. Craig is raring to make his Australian comedy festival debut and it doesn’t look like he’ll be slowing down for you or your feelings.

Don’t let a smile from this “charming ball of rage” (The List, UK) fool you, don’t let the laughs scare you, and don’t miss this comedy powerhouse in his Sydney Comedy Festival debut.

★★★★★ "Quartermaine's is the most perfectly delivered punchline you’re likely to see at the Fringe" The Wee Review (UK)

★★★★★ "Quartermaine destroys the crowd with incisive material that can’t be disputed" - Australia Times

★★★★ "Quartermaine gives as good - and often better - than he gets"  - Chortle (UK)
