The Jack and Annie Show is the number one talk show of the year, the decade, the century, THE MILLENIUM… Or so they tell us.

The Jack and Annie Show follows two eccentric and slightly deranged siblings with one common goal: Air the greatest talk show of all time.

They’ve sourced the sponsorships, hired the musicians, and lined up interviews with the hottest celebs of today. But what happens when things don’t go to plan? Watch as the mayhem unfolds and these two hungry little co-hosts discover that even the sweetest dreams can come at a sticky price.

“The two are so well in sync with each other and their comic timing is perfection…This is a complete unique concept for a show and is absolutely hilarious” 5 Stars - Luke Wagner, Theatre Guide

The Jack and Annie Show

Review by Luke Wagner

Scroll through any social media feed and you are bound to see a viral clip that originated on a talk show. And why not? With a captive audience and millions of loyal followers, talk shows create moments that everyone will be talking about the next day. “The Jack and Annie Show” is no exception.

Jack and Annie are siblings with a love/hate relationship in that they seem to love to hate each other. The pair are overjoyed to present the first episode of their brand new talk show live from their mother Carol’s living room. Jack and Annie promise a show filled with plenty of guests and loads of fun. They deliver the fun in spades, but unfortunately the guests didn’t quite get the memo.

Annie Schofield and Jack Evans play the title characters and deliver absolutely brilliant performances. The two are so well in sync with each other and their comic timing is perfection. The pair are completely oblivious to how bizarre their show is and it is just captivating. Evans is absolutely charming as the camp and quirky Jack whilst Schofield delivers a performance with plenty of venom.

The audience waited with anticipation for each new segment in the show which bought more and more laughs. This is a completely unique concept for a show and is absolutely hilarious.

Jack and Annie are at the Star Theatres for a limited run, but this is well worth the visit.
